2021 - Style Guidelines UPDATE:  - New Zealand IPA: West Coast Style IPA utilising only New Zealand grown Hops (Style Guidelines are similar to those in 21A American IPA - BJCP).  - West Coast IPA: West Coast IPA utilising American hops, or hops from multiple regions (Refer to 21A American IPA)  - English IPA: Typical English style IPA  - West Coast Double IPA: Big Bold bitter Double IPA, using hops from the US or multiple regions.  - NE IPA / Hazy IPA (Including Hazy Double IPA's): New England style IPA, all alcohol levels.  - Specialty IPA: All IPA's that do not fit in the styles above, these are referred to below (we have referred all styles available, not just specific styles in BJCP to ensure beers are put into the correct catoegry). (In a change from previous years, all specialty IPA's will be judged as a single category, some special awards for specific styles will also be available). 2021 JASECOMP IPA Challenge Competition Rules 1.        All entries must be brewed by the person entering, if there are multiple brewers, it need to be clearly stated on the entry form. 2.        Commercially brewed beer is eligible to be entered for feedback purposes only (commercial breweries and brewers are not eligible for prizes). 3.        Entry fees are non-negotiable as below: -           Paid CHBA Member: $10 per entry -           Non-member $15 per entry 4.        A minimum of 2 x bottles (330ml or larger) will be required for judging purposes, organisers reserve the right to exclude from prizes in this situation. 5.        Whilst we take care with all entries, any loss, damage, or other uforeseen circumstances is the sole responsibility of the entrant. 6.        All entries are to be entered via the form HERE 7.        All entries must be registered on or before the cutopff date/time of 5:00pm Friday 19 March 2021. 8.        All bottles must be in Christc
